At our dental office, we strive to provide exceptional dental care while ensuring a smooth and transparent financial experience for our patients. To help us maintain a clear understanding of our financial policies, we have outlined the following guidelines:

1. Payment Options: We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and dental insurance plans. We kindly request that payment be made at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

2. Dental Insurance: We work with most dental PPO insurance plans and will gladly assist you in maximizing your benefits. Our team will file insurance claims on your behalf, but please remember that you are ultimately responsible for any outstanding balances not covered by your insurance.

3. Co-payments and Deductibles: Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of your appointment. Our knowledgeable staff can help you determine your expected out-of-pocket costs and assist with any financial planning.

4. Treatment Estimates: For extensive dental treatments, we will provide you with a detailed treatment plan outlining the procedures involved and the associated costs. This will allow you to make informed decisions regarding your dental care.

5. Financial Assistance: We understand that unexpected dental expenses can arise. If you require financial assistance, please speak with our team. We can explore flexible payment options or discuss third-party financing options that may be available.

6. Missed Appointments/Cancellations: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
